He is survived by : his children, Tammy Pendleton of Bowling Green, Lea Ann Caudill of Springfield, TN and Michael Bryan Caudill of Portland; and his siblings, Roger Caudill of Rockfield, KY, Sonja Potter of Whitesburg, KY and Sharon Pratt of McRoberts, KY. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
