He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles King and Jeanette King. He is survived by : his wife Jenna Settles; his children, Michael Settles (Carrie), Phillip Settles, Shelley Trammel (Waylon), Daniel Settles, Brittany Settles (Nate) and Trevor Settles (Alexys); his stepchildren, Jillian Cox and Bryce Cox; and his sisters, Brenda Merrit, Deborah Howard (Bobby), Sherry Link (Travis) and Tamara Settles. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
