She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Warren and Lillian Halliburton Warren; her children, Justin Adams and Jennifer Burns; and her brother Jewell Warren.
She is survived by: her sons, Levi Adams of Portland, TN and Sam Adams of Franklin, KY; and her siblings, Timmy Warren, Florence Warren, Pam Woodall and Frances Hodges. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
