He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Dillard and Zella Hunter Dillard; his wife Moline Dillard; his son Ricky Dillard; his grandchildren, Ricky Joe Dillard, Jr. and Sharon Whitson; his great grandchild Logan Silva; and his sister Mary Ellen Hinton.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Dillard (Linda), Kathy Dillard, Debbie Wilson (Jerry), Tammy Blankenship (James), Lisa Conners and Tony Dillard (Davonna); and his sister Nell Ruth Johns.
