He is survived by: his wife Marsha Frampton; his children, Ralph Frampton Jr. (Lynn), Jami Frampton, Brandi Frampton, Kim Frampton, Diana Smith (Brett), Michael Logston (Sandra), Adam Covey, James Covey (Lana) and Joshua Benson (Manjola); and his siblings, Sharon Adderhold, GeeGee Bone, Pamela Nelson, Eugene Frampton, Clyde Frampton, Dean Frampton and David Frampton.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Portland (610 N Broadway, Portland, TN 37148). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Old Brush Cemetery (573 Butler Rd, Portland, TN 37148).
