He is survived by: his children, Candi Phathanak (Robert), Bill Keen (Bridgette) and Adam Keen (Shelly); his close friend Robbie Flener; his children, Lindsey Boyle, Amber McKinney (Danny) and Matthew Flener; his grandchildren, Dyllan McDaniel, Ian Arndell, Tori Phathanak, Jeffrey Keen, Austin Capps, Elijah Keen, Wesley Keen, Phoenix Keen, Gracie Keen, Hannah Keen and Susan Renfrow; and his sisters, Stephanie Spangler and Janeen Greer.
