He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Alley and Roxie McCormack Alley; his siblings, Ronnie Alley and Anita Alley; and his grandparents, Benton and Eliza McCormack.
He is survived by: his children, Tara Troutman (Chris), Jon Alley (Jessica) and Joshua Alley; his grandchildren, Trey Litchfield (Kayla), Anita Morris (Dustin), Danny Stout, J. T. Alley, Matthew Stout, Payton Alley, Colton, Blake Alley, Cara Alley, Addison Alley, Austin Troutman and Kaylee Troutman; his brother Paul Alley (Gelinda); his pets, Montana, Cody and Dakota; and his son Jimmy Craig (Brittany). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Portland (610 N Broadway, Portland, TN 37148). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Fairfield Cemetery (909 Fairfield Rd, Westmoreland, TN 37186).
Memorial donations in honor of Roger may be made to Fairfield Cemetery in Westmoreland, Tennessee.
