He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel Russell Rayburn and Barbara Jean Spencer Rayburn of Scottsville, KY; and his brother Tony Humphrey. He is survived by : his daughters, Brandy Rayburn Murley (Jeremy) of Scottsville, KY and Lily Rayburn of Bowling Green, KY.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
