She was predeceased by: her husband John Lacava; her parents, Garrett Loftis and Anna Lou Loftis; and her brothers, Bob Loftis (Nancy) and Tom Loftis.
She is survived by: her brother Bill Loftis (Judy); her children, Cindy Corwin (Brian), John LaCava (Carol), Gia Hinton (Steve) and Gina Carter (Jim); her grandchildren, Sean Demarest, Crystal Chitwood (Matt) and Derek Eaton; her children, Joe (Carrie), Chris, Sam Carter, Alex (Dongui) and Carter LaCava; her great grandchildren, Luna Demarest, Cody, Zettie, Jolene Chitwood, Laney, Chance and Ryan Eaton; and her caregivers, Pat DeBusk, Diane Smithey, Stacey Gresham, Pam Chesney, Brenda Ogle, Kim Schmidt and Susan Crowley.
