He is survived by: his children, Carol Knox (Phillip), Douglas Goddard, Gary Goddard, Tamme Beal (David) and Teresa Allen (Gary); his grandchildren, Scott Allen, Casey Allen (Missy), Cary Francis (Lynn), Amy Weishaupt (Gary), Cory Goddard (Allyson), Kyle Goddard (Samantha), Amanda Combs (Patrick), Courtney Stroupe (Jamison), Stephaney Dukes (Mark), Michael Allen (Tiffany) and Kayla Loyd (Robbie); and his stepgranddaughter Christie Kreischer. He is also survived by grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
