She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Helms; and her son Michael Helms. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Tana Helms; her grandchildren, Michelle Headrick (Bradley) and Michael Helms II (Tonya Brewer); and her great grandchildren, Emory and Hudson Headrick.
She asked that you remember her as she was before the onset of dementia and Alzheimer's—cherishing the memories of fun trips to visit family up north and the many adventures shared with loved ones.
