Though Bobby Joe may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee and Zula Mae Padgett; and his daughter Kisty Padgett. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Taylor Padgett; his children, Jeffrey B. Padgett, Kim M. Padgett and Taylor J. Honeycutt (Chris); and his granddaughter Sydney Padgett.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel (4131 E Emory Rd, Knoxville, TN 37918). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
