He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl "John" E. Richmond II and Margie Coffey; his son Jason "Worm" Lynn; and his brothers, Mike Richmond and Tilvis "Shot" Coffey.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy "Toots" Richmond; his children, Carl "Joe" E Richmond IV, Pnut (Karen), Jesse (Mykayla) and Shawn; his grandchildren, Austin, Laylah, Kadin, Parker, Abby, Carter, Arabella of Delani, Josh, Michael, Randy, Allen and Cheyenne; and his siblings, Missy, Toad, Lonnie and Chris. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Powell Chapel (2000 Powell Drive 37849). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bells Campground Cemetery (7915 Bell Campground Rd, Powell, TN 37849).
