He is survived by: his wife Debra Jean Clark; his sons, Rob Clark (Patty) and Scott Clark (Erin); his grandchildren, Gabe, Eli, Ashlynn, Caitlinn Hatchett (Ryan), Tanner and Trevor; and his siblings, Richard Clark (Wilma) and Liz Palmer (David).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weaver Funeral Home (5815 Western Ave, Knoxville, TN 37921). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Glenwood Baptist Church (7206 Central Ave Pike, Powell, TN 37849).
