He is survived by: his wife Sandra Woods Parks; his daughters, Jennifer Nichols (William Brown, Jr.) and Christy Parks; his grandchildren, Michael Collins and Samantha Vargas; his great grandchildren, Samia Vargas and Juan Vargas; his siblings, Harold Reese Parks (Marsha), Mary Ann Thomas, Virginia Walker and Donnie Parks; and also Luis Vargas-Limon.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel (2000 Powell Drive 37849).
