She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Sam Worsham and Joan Marie Callahan; and her sister Deane Buhl. She is survived by: her daughter Phoebe Hales (Dustin); her grandson Theodore Hales; her siblings, Daniel Worsham (Dena) and Joy Case (Phillip); and her siblings' children, Jamie Fuller (Kirby), Matthew Worsham (Morgan) and Joshua Morrison. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Powell Chapel (2000 Powell Drive, Powell, TN 37849). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Woodhaven Memorial Gardens (160 Edgemoor Rd, Powell, TN 37849).
