She is survived by: her children, Debra Harmon (Ed), Brenda Cook (Frank), Linda Taras (Ken) and Donald Goins (Kathy); her nephew Mike Goins (Mary); and her sisters, Donna Goins and Jean Bullock. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
