She was predeceased by: her husband Carl E. Bullock; her daughter Teresa Ann Bullock; and her parents, Wallace Roach and Kathleen Roach. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Bullock Kerr of Knoxville; her granddaughter Katherine Grace Kerr of Winter Haven, FL.; and her siblings, David Roach and Peggy Beal.
