He is survived by: his children, Steven Hendrix (Debbie), Gary Hendrix (Sheila) and Melanie Barnes (Tim); his grandchildren, Taryn Painter (Cyrus), Justin Hendrix (Shelley), Logan Hendrix (Jana), Brooke Surrett, Ashley Randolph (Chase), Andrew Hendrix (Addie), Lauren Hendrix, Michael Hendrix, Heather Barnhart (Daniel) and Tyler Barnes; and his sister Ethel Monday. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
