He is survived by: his children, Michael Webb of Johnson City, TN, Debi Webb of Knoxville, TN and Judy Hayes of Auburn, WA; his grandchildren, Christopher Webb and Casey Wishoff; and his great grandchildren, Blake and Brayden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
