He is survived by: his wife Helen Marie Brown Thomas; his children, Randall Thomas, John Thomas and Janice Thomas Stanbaugh; and his grandchildren, Elijah Thomas, Christopher Thompson, Kelsey Mata, Jamie Mata, Jr. and Samuel Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
