He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Leach; his daughter Brandi; his son-in-law Dillon Smith; his daughter Madelyn "Mo" Leach; his pets, Bella, Grizzley, Foxie and Daisy; his father Dale "Pete" Leach; his parents-in-law, Carl and Deborah Jenkins; his brother Darrell; his sister-in-law Karen Leach; his siblings, Jeffery Leach and Debbie Headrick; his siblings-in-law, Mary Phillips (Brian) and Rusty Jenkins (Bethany); his nieces and nephews, Bradley, Liz Headrick, Jason, Christina Leach, Tiffany, Timmy Warwick, Marieve Webb (Jake), Lexie Jenkins and Cole Jenkins; his great-nephews, Peyton Warwick, Matthew Leach and Jase Leach; and his brothers, Steve "Bo" Bohanan, Matt, Lindsey Swain, Eddie Tremonti, Brent Hill and Butch Truan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins that he loved dearly; and special friends.
