Blackburn, Jr. (Debbie) of New Tazewell, TN.; his grandmother Faye Bridges; his siblings, Jeff Yates (Cindy) of Knoxville, Melissa Roach (Dusty) of Conway, S. C., Chris Blackburn (Morgan), Joseph Blackburn, James Earls and Tanya Large (Michael); his aunts, Amy Webb (Doyle), Beverly Huff (Winston) and Lisa Ogle (Jeff); and his uncle Phil Bridges (Bonnie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
