She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Carson Mabe and Minnie Pope Mabe; and her siblings, Charles Mabe, Betty Lindsay, Florence Treece and Mary Lanham.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry C Haynes of Powell, Tennessee; her daughter Cyndi McAfee (Tony) of Andersonville, Tennessee; her sister Brenda Ratliff of Indiana; her grandchildren, Jodi Yother (Josh), McKenzie Sneij (Eli) and Mariah Sweat (Wesley); and her great grandchildren, Alexis Yother, Madison Yother, Peyton Yother, Mila Sneij and Selah Mac Sneij.
