She was predeceased by : her husband Herbert Hoyt Martin; her parents, Hiram Mathews (Red) and Jewel Mathews (Hubbard); and her brother Hiram Mathews. She is survived by : her sons, Herbert E. Martin (Anita) and Robert N. Martin (Tracye); her siblings, Ruth Lester Spence and Bernie Wayne Mathews; her grandchildren, Jarrett Martin, Ashlee Campbell (Ronald), Logan Martin and Eli Martin; and her great grandchildren, Averie Campbell and Rhett Campbell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Woodhaven Funeral Home (160 Edgemoor Rd, Powell, TN 37849). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Woodhaven Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens (160 Edgemoor Rd, Powell, TN 37849).
