She was predeceased by : her husband Arthur Beason (Junior); and her granddaughter Tawana Beason. She is survived by : her children, Darrell (Jill), Michael (Teresa) and Colleen (Randy); her grandchildren, Lindsay King (Jason), Tyler, Jessica Blanco (Tony), Beth Crotty (Ryan) and Brittney Thomas (Matt); her great grandchildren, Jacie Clabough (Eli), Jaxton, Jaylie King, Zaylee Etherton, Madison, Blakely, Braxton Thomas, Bennett and Sullivan Crotty; her great great grandchild Jericho Clabough; and her sister Margaret Rutherford.

A burial was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Fort Sumter Community Cemetery. A reception was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel (2000 TN-131, Powell, TN 37849).
