She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Henry Parks; her parents, Rev. James "Edd" Spencer and Conilee Ramsey Spencer; and her siblings, John, Jim Spencer, Barbara June Perkey and Iona Sue Chesney.
She is survived by: her son Steve Parks (Becky); her grandsons, Brandon (Beth), Eric (Lindsay) and Chad (Emily); her great grandchildren, Hudson, Madison, Brady, Anderson, Campbell, Sullivan, Ellie, Mollie, Etta and Henry; and her siblings, William Spencer (Joyce), Mary Williams (Stanley) and Ronald Spencer (Patsy).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Highland Baptist Church, 6014 Babelay Road, Knoxville, TN 37924, in her memory.
