She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Henry Parks; her parents, Rev. James "Edd" Spencer and Conilee Ramsey Spencer; and her siblings, John, Jim Spencer, Barbara June Perkey and Iona Sue Chesney.
She is survived by: her son Steve Parks (Becky); her grandsons, Brandon (Beth), Eric (Lindsay) and Chad (Emily); her great grandchildren, Hudson, Madison, Brady, Anderson, Campbell, Sullivan, Ellie, Mollie, Etta and Henry; and her siblings, William Spencer (Joyce), Mary Williams (Stanley) and Ronald Spencer (Patsy).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lynnhurst Cemetery (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Highland Baptist Church, 6014 Babelay Road, Knoxville, TN 37924, in her memory.
