Reva Cummings Phelps Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Reva Cummings Phelps of Powell, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Phelps; her parents, Charles Cummings and Belle Cummings; and her siblings, Theda (J. C. Patty), Polly (J. L. Ogle), Wilma (Luther Strange), Jim (Helen Cummings), Cecil (Reva Cummings) and Nelvin (Louise Cummings).
She is survived by: her daughters, Arlene Olinger and Susan Puckett (Larry); and her grandson David Olinger. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Berry Highland Memorial (5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Church at Sterchi Hills.
