He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick "Hack" and Della Mae Harbin; and his siblings, Bill, Elizabeth and Kenneth.

He is survived by: his children, Tim Harbin (Jodi), Rhonda Harbin (Gale Engelke) and Perry Harbin (Dawn); his grandsons, Luke and Isaac Harbin; and his siblings, Hilda Mills, Joyce Shupe (Bill), Janice Danner (John) and Pat Daniels.
