He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Russell Sr. and Kathryn Edith Jenkins (Cole); and his pet Baby. He is survived by: his pet Lake Golf Course; his wife Missy Jenkins; his children, Steve Jenkins Jr. (Jennifer) and Kristy Jenkins Hopewell (John); his grandchildren, Kylie and Cory; his stepdaughters, Tiffany Andrews (Jeremy) and Brittany Headrick; his grandchildren, Weston and Neyla; and his brothers, Carl Jenkins Jr. (Deborah) and William "Bill" Jenkins (Kim). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Powell Chapel (2000 Powell Drive 37849). A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Mynatt Funeral Home Powell Chapel (2000 Powell Drive 37849).
