He is survived by: his wife Laura Mullins; his mother Rhonda Shoffner; his stepfather Paul Shoffner; his grandmother Dorothy Shoffner; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Mullins and Michael Mullins; his sisters, Sarah Noe and Patricia Wells (Josh); his stepsister Kayla Epling (Cody); his uncle Mike Shoffner; his parents-in-law, Donnie and Elaine Spears; his aunt Cindy Adams; and his siblings' children, Bentley, Conner, Brody, Lanee, Jace, Adalee, Isaac, Adam, Caleb and Braylen.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Halls Chapel (4131 E Emory Rd, Knoxville, TN 37938). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel (4131 E Emory Rd, Knoxville, TN 37938). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Sumter Cemetery.
