Willard Scarbro Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 22, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Willard Scarbro of Powell, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charlie, Gene Porter, Tom, Kenneth and Toni; and his children, Snooky and Lisa.

He is survived by: his wife Cleo; his daughters, Linda Dietz (David) and Vickie Leitnaker; his grandchildren, Caroline Dietz, Lacee Lay, Natalie Raines (Will) and Sam Thompson; and his great grandchild Jocelin Hunter.

Due to COVID concerns, the funeral service will be a private family event.

In tribute to those memories and in lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the First Baptist Church of Powell Building Fund "Project 2020.".
