He was predeceased by: his wife Johnnie Lee Lewellyn; his parents, James Lewellyn and Bessie Lewellyn; and his siblings, Hazel Scott, Wilma Warwick, Catherine Reyes (Janie), James Edward Lewellyn (Eddie) and Jerry Lewellyn.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Michelle Taylor and William Bryan Lewellyn (Karla); his granddaughters, Emily Mason (Judson) and Isabella Taylor; and also, Jim and Lori Weaver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (3500 Tazewell Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Bill Lewellyn's honor can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
