He is survived by: his mother Marva; his stepfather Ed; his stepsiblings, Kim (Pete) and Kirk; and his cousins, Bob (Ruth), Joe (Teresa), David (Becky), Adrian, Philip (Patrice), Greg, Barbara, Eric, Glen (Susie), Marilyn, Brent (Linda), Debbie (Jesse), Pam, Peggy, Victoria (Steven), Frankie (Eric), Cliff (Barbie), Tina (Donny) and Andy.
