He is survived by : his significant other Gwen Ramsey of Prospect, TN; his children, Amber Hutchens Vann of Cottontown, TN, Kim Shirey (Brian) of Columbia, TN and Trever Ramsey (Trudy) of Rogersville, AL; his grandchildren, Rylie Greer (Haydon), Ayden Vann, Zach Harrison, Alex Harrison, Makenzie Ramsey, Caleb Ramsey and Cameron Lounds; and his siblings, Dewey Gregg Owen of Canton, TX and Tara Lynn Hudson (Russell) of Rogersville, AL.. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory (1910 Elkton Pike, Pulaski, TN 38478). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
