He is survived by : his wife Denise Grisham; his children, Blake Grisham (April) and Blair Burlison (Kevin); his stepsons, Dale Inman (Amanda) and Andrew Inman; his sister Bettye Jo Grisham; his siblings-in-law, Deborah Bledsoe (Steve), Amy Harris, Dawn Ward (Don) and Paul Gaudette (Tammy); his grandchildren, Emilee Rae Grisham, Aiden Vaughn, Hadley Vaughn, Aydan Burlison, Allisan Burlison, Cooper Inman and Collin Inman; and his close friends, Kenneth Swinney, Barry Lee McGee and Tim Drake.
