He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Yelton, (Weaver) and Verle Yelton, Sr.; and his siblings, Robert Yelton, Helen Abel, Mabel Young, Paul Yelton, Sr., Gordon Scheicher and Verle Yelton, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Yelton (Evangeline) of Pulaski, TN, Jo Anne Rodriguez (Allen) of Collierville, TN, BethAnne Tatro (Robert) of Concord, NH and Gerritt VanDerlinden of Boonville, NY; his siblings, Beverly Wheelock (late George) of Boonville, NY and Shirley Dunn (late Stewart) of Boonville, NY.; his close friends, Bill Williamson of Constableville, NY, Gene Stanford of Port Leyden, NY, Leonard and Lyins Falls; and his pet Daisy Mae.
