It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Lynn Blackwell (Pulaski, Tennessee), who passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Hargrove, and Mattie Lee Hinkle Hargrove, Jr.; her former husband Toney Dugger; her brother-in-law Don Baugher (Jack Martin); and her sibling's children, Kimberly Butler and Dennis Ferguson.
She is survived by: her husband Lane Blackwell; her daughter Shannon Mangat (Gurv) of Aurora, CO; her granddaughters, Priya and Kiran Mangat; and her siblings, Joyce Baugher of Prospect, TN, Mary Martin of Elkmont, AL, Janie Butler (Dodie) of Madison, AL, Kenneth Hargrove (Patricia) and Ricky Hargrove.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory (1910 Elkton Pike, Pulaski, TN 38478).
