She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Eugene Hall and Zerlene Daniels Hall; her son Shawn Avery McNeil; and her siblings, Robert Hall, Willie E. Hall, Jr., Emma Louise Jordan, Otis Lee Hall, Lovelyn Hall, Davis Hall and Timothy Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Fletcher F. McNeil, III (Veronica McNeil) and Monica Y. Ratliff (Richard) of Lake Ridge, VA; her sisters, Mary Lois Campbell (Norris) of Panama City, FL and Joyce Marshall (Lenny) of Lake City, FL; her grandchildren, Kharyce Cheatham (Jared) of Prospect and Khandyce Gilbert of Easton, PA; and her great grandchildren, Jasmine, Karah, Jaden and Kai Kaliana. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
