He is survived by: his wife Sara Kerr Fralix; his daughter Katrina Leonard; his granddaughter Alyssa Henderson of Woodbury; his siblings, J. L. of Five Points, Kenny (Phyllis), David of Elkton, Norma Gardner (David) of Pulaski and Joyce Graves (Donnie) of Smyrna; and his sister-in-law Vickie Fralix.
