She was predeceased by: her parents, William Morgan and Laura Elizabeth Burchell Morgan (Thomas Garner); her son David Garner; her daughter-in-law Shari Garner; and her siblings, George, Leon, Tom Morgan, Jane Dickey, Mae Russell, Dot Fralix, Inez White and Lizzie Wilburn.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Smith, Carol Risner (Joe), Liberty Hill, Steve Garner of Pulaski and Bubba Garner (Becky) of Pulaski; and her daughter-in-law Tammy Garner. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
