He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lee and Betty Verona Lawrence Simmons; and his siblings, Tennie Bell Ashford, Brad Simmons, Leroy Simmons, Dean Simmons and Richard Simmons.
He is survived by: his children, Jenny Faulkner (Alan) of Pulaski and Jeremy Lee Simmons of Goodsprings; and his grandchildren, Harley Bradley of Pulaski, Blake Bradley of Antioch, Logan Shayne Bradley of Chattanooga and Mallori Gatlin of Minor Hill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home (1228 E College St, Pulaski, TN 38478). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
