He is survived by: his child Stacey Johnston-Mayes (Anthony); his partner Lurretta Daugherty Pulaski; his siblings, Michael Johnston Columbia, Allen Johnston Erie (Ronnie) and Jerrie Ann Powlistha Clinton (Richard); and his grandsons, Graham and Brady Johnston.
