She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Adkins; her brother Steven Adkins; and her grandmother Mary Franklin. She is survived by: her children, Seth Cook of Pulaski, TN, Shana Gibson (Cara) of Prospect, TN and Laura Turner (Randy) of Leoma, TN; and her siblings, Betty Jean "BJ" Schwab, Jimmy Adkins and Eugene Adkins. She is also survived by Several Grandchildren, Nieces, and Nephews.
