He is survived by: his son David Michael Kelley (Nickie) of Pulaski, TN.; his grandsons, Aiden, Carter and Ethan Kelley; his sister Waverly Demers (John) of Nashville, TN.; and his sister-in-law Connie Johnson of Pulaski, TN..
