He was predeceased by: his wife Clesta Price; his parents, Ariel Price and Leda Price; his daughter Jennifer Price Simms; his son-in-law Wiley Simms; and his siblings, Thomas Ariel Price and Ann Price Cobb.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Price (Sheila) of Pulaski, TN and Nancy Price Dunavant of Pulaski, TN; his grandchildren, Alison Price Young (Clay), Ryan Price, Jake Dunavant (Amanda), Joseph Dunavant, Jake Simms and William Simms; his great grandchildren, Tillman and Tucker Dunavant; and his sisters, Linda Lipham and Betty McRree.
