He was predeceased by: his parents, George N. Young and Olivene Winford Young; and his siblings, Rade Winford Young and Carolyn Young Petty. He is survived by: his wife Deborah P. Young (Debbie); and his children, Maudessa Y. Faulkner of Pulaski, Jason T Young (Darcy) of Knoxville and Chadwick M. Young (Karen) of Nashville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory (1910 Elkton Pike, Pulaski, TN 38478). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
