He was predeceased by : his parents, Billy M. Lacy and Kay Hopkins Forsythe (Jim). He is survived by : his significant other Carol Pinson of Puryear, TN; his daughters, Amber Hill (Phillip Long) of Paris, Mandy Bullion (Mark) of Paris and Crystal Nolen (Adam) of Drummonds, TN; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Aaron, Kane Price, Austin Steele, Brendon Steele, Hailee Vaughn, Carlee Vaughn and Lauren Bullion; his brother Tim Lacy (Mary Lynn) of Puryear; and his nieces and nephews, Kaylynn Lacy and James Lacy of Puryear.
In honor of Mr. Lacy, monetary donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
