She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Dierkes (Scott) of Washington and Ginger Johnson (Mike Smith) of Puryear, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Trivanna Johnson, Samantha Wildt (Nick), Charles Chayton Johnson (Hazelwood), Destiny Hudson and Darin Rucks; her great grandchildren, Alayna, Avalon and Addicus; and her siblings, Herman Curtis, Paul Curtis, Chuck Curtis (Marty), Donna Knolph and Jeanie Curtis. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
