He is survived by: his significant other Glenda Juan Massengill; his children, Kenny Teague, Jada Carter and Stacey Teague (Rhonda); his daughter-in-law Kristy Teague; his sisters, Lou Townsend, Mary Goodrum (Gary) and Brenda Hunter (Bill); his siblings-in-law, Marie Hamm and Neal Massengill (Amy); his grandchildren, Robert Carter (Audra), Jessica Carter (Brad), Jerry Chase Teague (LeEllen), Colton Teague (Cassie), Chassidy Hardy (Kyle), Caitlyn Chapman (Noah), Vivian Avant (Lane), Caleb Teague (Makayla), Cade Teague and Mollie Teague; and his great grandchildren, Jude Carter, Foster Carter, Allie Teague, Landry Teague, Jaxton Hardy, Emmalyn Hardy, Yancey Whit Chapman and Colter Avant. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
